While HomeSmiles is performing our standard maintenance service, we can also provide a whole home water safety check-up, ensuring your home’s water is clean and safe for use.

Whole Home Water Flushing

When foul odors are present in all or some faucets, or if a property has been vacant, we can perform a water flushing service. This is a four-step process that involves running water from an outside spigot at a high flow rate and running cold and hot water through all interior faucets for several minutes.

Faucet And Aerator Screen Cleaning

After the flushing procedure, all faucet aerators are removed, cleaned, and reinstalled. Shower heads are inspected and cleaned if needed.

Water Heater Temperature Check

Before performing our standard water heater flushing service, we will check the water temperature at your shower head to ensure it is adequate to prevent harmful growth in your water pipes.
